(COTM)

COTM is an adult faith formation experience at Holy Faith Catholic Church designed for adults. The core belief of our Catholic faith is that Jesus is alive today and so is his Church. Our mission is to prepare ourselves in every possible way to be witnesses of this living Jesus, and to be properly equipped spir­itually, in knowledge, and in wisdom, but especially with mercy and compassion. We spread the joy of the Good News wherev­er we are and in whatever we do. 


The Gift

The gift of Jesus has been given to us to cherish and share with the world, not to be kept to

ourselves. The gift of our Catholic faith should inspire us with energy and excitement to move and not grow stale, to wake up and not fall asleep, to proclaim loud and clear, like our Blessed Mother, Mary ... "the wonders He has done for me ... "


Encounters

To accomplish this goal, Holy Faith will have available many opportunities throughout the year to

prepare ourselves for this mission. These opportunities will be called encounters, because each one of them, whether it is liturgy, a class, a retreat, a small group gathering, a prayer experience, or whatever it may be, will have as its purpose encountering Jesus and encountering each other in His name. As we live these encounters we will be preparing ourselves with the tools we need to move and keep moving until it is time to go to our eternal home!

  • ADULT CONFIRMATION

    THE SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION FOR ADULTS is conferred by Bishop Erik Pohlmier twice a year. One in a local Parish (selected by rotation) and the second time at the Cathedral Basilica in Saint Augustine.  


    The next two celebrations of Confirmation for Adults  will take place on:  

    • Saturday, January 16, 2027  at 5pm Mass at Epiphany Catholic Church in Lake City, FL.
    • Sunday, May 16, 2027 at the Cathedral  basilica in St. Augustine, FL.

    Holy Faith is taking registrations now for adults 18 years or older who wish to be Confirmed. Preparation sessions are required by the Diocese.  Please contact us to register and to get the instructions for the preparation sessions and the documents needed.
